Trying to connect wristband

[AC Question]

i have bought a smart bluetooth wristband and I can't connect. My Samsung S4 is asking for the devices pin no but I don't know it. I don't know if it means the wristband pin no but it hasn't got one or my phone which I have never used one. I have tried 1234 and 0000. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Does the wristband have a display? Did the wristband come with a manual? What's its brand and model number, to see if there's a manual online?
