Welcome to Android Central! It's difficult to tell from their website, since it says that AT&T, T-Mobile, and unlocked GSM phones should generally work, as long as they're compatible with Consumer Cellular's network bands. From what I can tell, the Flex should be compatible from that standpoint. You could always try one of their SIM cards, and make sure the APN settings are correct. To find out what they are, go to this site, type "APN" in the question box, and click on the only answer that comes up: https://www.consumercellular.com/Support/Knowledgebase
