Suddenly have 4 google chrome apps showing up on smart phone. How to delete?

Only need 1 google chrome app on phone. How do I remove the other 3 showing on phone?

Which phone do you have and where do you see all those Chrome icons? If they are in your home screen they are just shortcuts that can be easily removed after you long press on any of them. They could also be shortcuts created from Chrome to open an specific page. What do they open after you just tap on them?
