There is an orange toolbox thing to the left of the screen. It's faded but always there. I have a SM N910G, on 5.1.1 and I can't find anything about it. Here is a screenshot (it does not appear in smart select).

Welcome to Android Central! That image doesn't show any toolbox image. Could it be a ghost image from burn-in?

What's screen burn? It doesn't appear in anything, and it looks like an orange rectangle, with 3-4 settings of some sort. It is very transparent. Will I have to replace the screen? I have found NO setting, with something like it.

Screen burn-in is a risk of AMOLED screens (which is what the Note 4 has). It's like the old plasma TVs--if there's an image on the screen for too long, without any change, that image might "burn-in," and cause a residual ghost image that lingers, sometimes permanently.

Can you show us a better image of it? If it never shows up in a screenshot (when viewed on another device), then it's probably burn-in.
