Welcome to Android Central! I don't see a reason why those Bluetooth headphones wouldn't connect with that phone.

You have to put the qy7 in your ear to listen to the voice message that says "pairing". The trick is to hold on to the "on/off" buton a few seconds more after the voice message says "powering on". The pairing message comes right after. Don't release the button after powering on qy7. Hope this helps.
