Recently I have installed a lot of apps and after that moment I have this problem. No matter what are you doing phone randomly opens something that shows "launcher loading" and shows loading circle, at this moment phone is downloading a random app. I deleted all the apps that I have downloaded recently (It didn't help me). I have downloaded Lookout app and it showed me that I have troyan at file called "FirewallService". Lookout cannot delete this file (as I understand this is something important for phone) I can only force stop it and disable (did it but still have the problem). The only way how to stop it is to disable wifi, but that is not a good solution. Looks like it is some kind of virus but how to get rid of it? (sorry for my bad english)

I would backup everything you need and do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem

Thank you, I did it. So far Launcher Loading didn't pop out. I will wait for one day to be completely sure and will tell if that helped.

Unfortunately, It didn't help, it just could not download new apps from Google play because I didn't logged in with my e-mail. When I logged in it started to pop out again. But I tried app called Stubborn Trojan Killer, It said that found trojan and deleted it. Don't know if it's true, but Lookout can't find any problems too, so I hope it is gone for now

    What phone do you have?

Are you using a third party launcher or the stock (original) launcher that came with the phone?

How much internal memory does the phone have?

My phone is called Just5 Spacer 2 (very unpopular phone)
    I am using Stock launcher
I have 4 GB of Internal Memory

But no need to worry, after using Stubborn Trojan Killer "launcher loading" problem didn't appear anymore, thank you everyone for help! If the problem will appear again I will read the threads that you posted, and if it won't help will write back
