I just bought a net10 activation kit and it did not work. Now it does only text and Web. I can call out or receive. I was told by a guy from at&t live chat that my device was locked need help getting it unlocked
Call them back and ask by whom it's locked. It sounds more to me like a defective SIM, a defective account entry in Net10's database or something along those lines. (If the phone is locked, texting won't work either - they're both 2G, it just depends on which app you're using.)
