Qmobile privacy protection code

[AC Question]

i have Qmobile i recently changed my sim and now my phone is askin for a privacy protection code.....i never set one up....what should i do...i cant actcess my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you know if this is a SIM lock code, or is it coming from the phone itself? What happens if you remove the SIM, or swap it with the old SIM? If the request for the code goes away after removing the new SIM, then I would suspect that you got a SIM that someone else had used and had put a SIM lock on.
