I can't send certain people text but others receive my text? Android phones.

We all have andriod phones. My daughter receives my texts but not my boyfriend? He had been but know nothing.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you all on the same carrier or different ones? Are the texts being sent as SMS or MMS (the latter would have attached photos, or would be an extra-long message that exceeds the 160 character limit for SMS)?
