Two sim cards from for the same plan/bill?

I'm thinking about buying a smartwatch that has a sim card slot. If i had a sim card in my phone, could i have another sim card made to put in the smart watch with the new sim being on the same bill as my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think so. For example, if you add a tablet to your plan, it has to be a separate line. It could draw from the same data pool, but still has to be a separate line.
