App icon missing from app drawer

[AC Question]

Hi, I have a Galaxy Note 5, and I can't find the app icon for Instagram in my app drawer. To open Instagram, I have to go to the Instagram page at the Google Play Store and click open. The other option there is uninstall, which I have tried. It uninstalls an update, and then reinstalls with no problem, but no icon appears in the app drawer (or anywhere else for that matter). Any suggestions? Thank you!!
