os wiped

So my s4 got wiped after attempted rooting and installing cm thru twrp and I used titanium backup to completely wipe my phone because I couldn't do a normal factory reset because the phone wouldn't allow me in my settings.. but twrp is still on my phone and it won't allow me to get pass the starting up logo the twrp won't back up and do ntn really so idk what to do.. how do I fix all what I did?

Start again by flashing stock ROM using Odin (assuming you can get into download mode)
