Unable to sync songs onto my Gear 2 all of a sudden

I am using the Galaxy Note 4, and the Gear 2 watch. I have always been able to transfer any song I wanted from my library, now all of a sudden it keeps saying, Can't send file, retry? That's the only options I am given. I know it's not my music because I have always been able to transfer my files, please help, this is a main function I use my watch for. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried doing a reset on the watch?

May I ask what app you are using to sync? I am unable to get anything to sync other than the phone. Called Samsung support they were unable to help me with troubleshooting and referred me to Best Buy with the ticket number.
