    So I flash cm12.1 on my rooted device,then I try to verify if my device is still rooted or not with root checker basic, and it says not,how???

    You can get root via Developer options on CyanogenMod (Google that)

    Same thing,I enabled developer options I enabled the root access,it says root access is not properly install on your device

    Welcome to Android Central!

    You might need to either reflash the ROM or flash the superSU files through recovery. I would check out the ROM developers page and see if he has the files you need.
