I pressed reset on my s3 galaxy ,

Whatever appears on the screen is boxed by a blue line ,cannot access via any button now its not working When I switch it on a popup appears saying Google play service has stopped , then another showing samsung service has stop . Each time I hit the ok button a voice tells me what ive just done, I cannot get past that . I am ready to throw the phone anybody know how to fix it.
