I've been doing some research as I want to upgrade my phone, I've been using a HTC One Max for nearly two years, it has been great for me with the large screen and the battery life. I mainly use my phone for texting and browsing the web (typically over WiFi), I wouldn't say I'm a power user but rather I use the phone for browsing websites a lot and so one of my biggest criteria for a new phone is the battery.

I've been looking at a variety of reviews for the LG G4 and the Nexus 6P. I really like the look of the G4, and think perhaps I'd like to go to a smaller screen now, but I've read a number of different reviews which give contradicting opinions on the battery life (anandtech did a good breakdown which suggests it might be good for me). I'm not really sure how these tests relate to real life and how the phones will hold up for how I use them. Is there anyone who can help me find a source which might be more useful for my needs?
