Google play store crashes

Ok so i have samsung galaxy ace gt-s5830i and so i done factory reset because my sister was using it, and when i tried to open play store it loads (circle spins) and then i stops working. Please help me!

Welcome to Android Central!

Try going to your settings, applications, all apps, then find the Play Store. Clear the data from the app and see if that fixes it.
