Z4 android box not turning on

[AC Question]

Hi i have an z4 andriod box, recentlywhen I power it up it goes from red light to Blue light for 5 secs or so but does not power up. Any help?

Have you tfied disconnecting the power supply for 10 seconds or so?

If it's not booting the problem is either the power supply or the box. Do you have a similarly rated power supply to try? If it's the box I can only suggest returning it if you can. I don't have any bright ideas sorry
