Blu LIfe One X Phone locked in a talk back tutorial nightmare

[AC Question]

just got this phone and ready to return it. No manual really? Locked in a talk back tutorial nightmare and does not repsond to touch. it says touch screeen is disabled. Cant get out the the talk tutortial field or get to home screen since the icons are now gone. Cant shut phone off ..talks constantly and simply the entire phone is not useable at this point. The battery is taped in and I cant remove that. On its way back soon for a Samsung S6 if this cant be resolved. Fed up.

Welcome to Android Central! When TalkBack is on, you have to use two fingers to swipe instead of one, and you have to double tap instead of single tap. Does that help?
