Well after fighting this piece of spam since January I took someones advice and for $.99 I downloaded from the App Store "Package Disabler Pro" and installed it. I did not do a mass disabling of all noted "bloatware" but I did selectively disable the two annoying Facebook programs/files and got rid of the Sprint/Samsung silly and intrusive voicemail program and they have not come back to haunt me and my phone still works as advertised. I also got rid of the "Sprint Zone" bloatware app. Follow the instructions for this app and follow the precautions and you'll be just fine. I am happy with my phone for the first time in 5 months.
