Can you plz tell me How to manually re-root my device.

I downloaded super su app.its tells me to manually re-root my device because I upgraded to 5.0 lollipop and more.

That depends on the device and the version (both the 5 and the minor numbers) of the Android version - different minor versions are rooted differently. Go to XDA Forums, search for your device, look in the development forums for assistance.
