I want to send a text by keying my LG Tone BT headset through my LG V10 running Lollipop.
I searched help for the command syntax. Help says "Send text " is the proper syntax.
So I attempt to send a text and Google replies "Unrecognized command".
I think I am missing the integration of Cortana and the Windows OS... It was flawless. I could even say "Drive to " and it would open Here Drive for me.
Google just says, "unrecognized command" with every attempt but making a phone call.

According to the help page, it should be something like "Ok Google ... Text Jason that I'm running 5 minutes late."

Also, open Google Now, tap Menu>Settings>Voice, and make sure Bluetooth Headset is turned on. If it isn't, perhaps the phone is straining to hear you speak from more of a distance or from inside a pocket (since it'd be the phone's mic that's listening, not the Bluetooth mic), and therefore can't recognize the command.
