Why is my device memory were missingo lost

Can you please help me back my device storage, i have a zencone 2 16 gb verision. But even though i never used the internal storage its gone. I total all memory that being consumed by the device it is only 4gb help me fixed were this other memory goes . Now it only free for 600 mb.
