why cant my phone go back to normal after pushing the launch remote on my s6?

[AC Question]

I accidently pushed the icon for the launch remote on my s6 and now I cant access anything on my phone. Ive tried to even shut it off and it wont allow me to do that either. Please help! I need my phone for work! Thanks.

I don't understand. I have had an Edge for a long time and have no idea what Launch Remote is. In the meantime try clearing system cache

I had this happen all of the sudden today also. The only thing I know is if you hold the button on the right side and the volume down key AT THE SAME TIME it will restart your phone and you can use it. However that remote icon I still cannot get to go away so watch out when using the phone or it will happen again....I speak from experience on that mistake lol. Any know how to get rid of the icon?
