I'm brand new to this forum but it look's like a solid community so I may be a future lurker/poster.
I signed up in hopes of finding my device on this forum and any information with it. I searched the forums about help / info on my specific device to no avail. I have a odd problem.
My device is a CX919 II android stick that plugs into my TV via HDMI. I own one, it works fine. I bought a relative one, his turns on- the light in the device lights up but nothing shows up on the TV at all.
I tried it at my house on my TV with my wires and such, still not signal. I'm not sure what is causing this. It's very odd. He had the cord that feed's it power plugged into the TV USB as the power source when he first started using this device. He said when he first used it, it was working but keep on restarting by it's self then just stopped working.
Any help would be great, I'm thinking this may be a hardware issue (he said it heated up!) but I'm hoping it's a software.
