No LTE (4G) from my S5 (SM-G900F model)

Hello, I have a Samsung S5 smartphone (SM-G900F) which is supposed to be LTE (4G), but I have no option at all to choose LTE in my setting, although my carrier supports LTE. I live in Cyprus and my phones version is
AP : G900FXXU1BNL7
CP : G900FXXU1BNL7
CSC : G900FOXA1BNL7
I have my phone to auto update but it keeps telling my its up to date. Is there a new version available for my region or can I fix this problem in a different way??
I would really appreciate some help!

Cyprus uses LTE band 1, and the phone supports it, so I suspect a bad phone (hardware), bad SIM card of your account isn't set up for LTE (they can make mistakes when setting it up). Take it to your carrier and see if they can help you.
