I just purchased a Galaxy s5 that is a " GSM networked unlocked Verizon" iaw the seller. I wish to use it in Uganda. Can I simply have Verizon install an international GSM SIM card? if so, do I lose its LTE capacity domestically? Should I get two SIM cards, one for domestic and the another for international use? Is there a better carrier for me than Verizon, such as Consumer Cellular?

Verizon doesn't use GSM phones. They are CDMA.
