App Optimizer on Samsung Galaxy Tab SM-T700

A

AC Question

I got a notification to optimize apps I've not used in three days to preserve battery life. Stupidly, I clicked on it and changed a few of the settings to "Always Powersaving". Which seems to have left several apps - Facebook, VLC, Word - permanently disabled. I want to go and change it back, but I can't find the optimizer anywhere in my settings.

I've seen screenshots of it, and comments on how to manage it, here on the forum for Galaxy phones... but the settings menu is different on the Tab and it's not under Battery.
I asked Samsung support, but they only suggested a factory reset and I don't want to do that right now.

Does anyone know where this feature lives on a Tab S, so I turn the thing off?
Thanks!

I consider almost all of those apps one step better than a virus.

I think Samsung is right, and your only option is going to be to back everything up (see Backing up an Android Device - back up your apps too - but NOT the ones that were disabled by the "optimizer" - install them fresh from the play store).
