My wife has a Samsung Notebook (2014). Battery life has never been good, but now its horrible.
She'll charge up the tablet to 100%, and within a few minutes, its dead. I'm assuming that we need a new battery, but I don't see anyway to remove the case. Is the battery replaceable?
