I entered my regular Email account on the appropriate setting. When writing emails, they reach my destination but if the recipient wants to reply, their email cannot be delivered because the sender address (my email account) is showing a funky looking server instead. My Email provider is Cablevision and they confirmed that server "mta2. .srv.hcvlny.cy.net" is, in effect, theirs but the problem is in my tablef where I have to set up the "Reply To" setting. NO SUCH A THING. Samsung, of course, gives me the out of warranty run around.

It's not in the tablet, it's in the email app. You need an app that allows you to edit the headers. (I don't know of any offhand, because I've never looked for any - because the only place I ever change headers is in one email app on one desktop.)
