deleted my os than my recovery mode please helppppp

hey
i have galaxy s4 19500
i was flashing a rom and i screwed up so i took to someone to help he deleted my os and the recovery mod 'twrp' (using odin)
now my phone just turn on show the phone name and thats it it wont end
am desperated please if anyone can help

If you can get it to turn on in the download mode, read [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN.

If not, look on eBay for someone advertising JTAG service for the S4 - a JTAG box can stuff a ROM into a non-working phone.
