I have a Tab S with Lollipop 5.02 and am having problems with the OK Google function. The only I way can use it is go into an app and actually tap the microphone icon. Whether using it within the app or using the 'OK Google everywhere' option it does not react to my voice command.

In the Google settings the the OK Google everywhere option is greyed out. When I tap it I am taken to the page to say 'OK Google' 3 times. But it simply refuses to accept my voice. I tried this a dozen or so times in the last 2 weeks.

This has been happening for a few weeks. I have uninstalled updates on the Google app without luck. 'OK Google' worked before on the same device and it is also working fine on my Oppo phone. I suspect its a Samsung problem.

    Can anyone suggest a remedy.
