Malware Trojan Gin

I ran 3 different antivirus scaners and all show i have 6 infected files so i try to delete them but they return i don't know what to do more pls help me

Clear Cache, Clear Data, Force Stop and Uninstall all dubious apps that you may have.

If no go, a Factory Reset may be necessary.

If still no go, it may be necessary to reflash the OS.
