Why does my alert ring ever 30 minutes and there is nothing there?

My alert rings every 30 minutes but there is no alert shown. I can not turn it off.

Have you went into the alarm clock to make sure you don't have snooze or repeat enabled? does anything appear on your home screen, notification panel, lock screen when the alarm goes off?
