Why does Samsung wireless charging pad not work?

I have Samsung Galaxy S5.
I've installed Propel QI wireless card for Samsung S5 properly, according to the instructions included in the packaging.
The charger is not charging the phone.
When first plugged into power, it does indicate with the blue light that it does have power.
Does anyone know why the charger pad wouldn't work and if there's any tips or troubleshooting for charging the phone?

Hi, I would imagine it has something to do with the QI Wireless charger you have installed on the phone as the S5 isn't compatible with wireless chargers. Have you contacted the company you bought the card from?
