Hi, All - I have 2 questions about my Samsung S4:
1. When I send a group text message, any and all of the response messages appear as though I was the only person who received it. Is there any way to change this? I think the same is true when I respond to a group message someone else started. My response is only sent to the person who started the group text message. How can I change this?
2. Why is my battery incapable of holding a charge for longer than 18 hours? Is it possible that the Lithion Ion battery is just toast and it needs to be replaced? I've made a point of turning off location services and keep the number of applications running to a minimum. I even keep the brightness on the screen low and still my phone will be dead by the end of the day. The phone is 2.5 years old, so I suppose the battery could be at the end of its useful life. Anyway to test for sure? I've tried the spinning trick to see if there is a bubble in the battery... and there isn't.
