How do I use the usb and watch movies off of my lte

USB is used to plug your phone into a computer so that you can put files on it such as movies. If you put a movie on your phone, it doesn't matter if you have lte or wifi or no service at all. It will be on your device. If you watch a movie on Netflix, you can stream it using your lte.

USB: Universal Serial Bus. This is a hardwired connection made between 2 devices. You can transfer media through a USB cable from your PC to your phone. But it isn't needed to watch anything.
