A strange round, grey, semi transparent icon has appeared on my Samsung Note 4.......

This icon which looks like a remote control in a semi transparent grey circle, comes and goes. When it appears, it is on in all screens. If pressed, then the screen locks up and the only way to reset is to remove the battery.
