Accept or Reject a Call Icons

[AC Question]

I've seen some Samsung Galaxy S6 covers for my newly acquired S6 where it has a Window on the top of the front cover, is it possible to move the Accept/Reject Icons from the bottom of my S6 to appear to the top half of this Widow ( like top half) of the main screen, so I don't have to open the front cover to either accept or reject a call???
