why i m not able to disable talkscreen in S 360 SECURITY

[AC Question]

I am using YU micromax mobile, when i activate voice button in security 360 software than whole screen locked not able to swipp to unlock to main screen desktop, i am receiving all voice of msg incoming call but not able to see msg because no able to swipp to unlock,
pls help me

Hi, welcome to the forums! Have you already tried swiping with two fingers to navigate through the menus and a double tap to select the different options?
