When I pull down from the top of my phone to see my notifications or access music players quickly, there is a large black bar as a part of the system settings tray that blocks the first one or two notifications. Does anybody how to make that smaller or create a buffer? Sometimes (I can't figure out when/why) this bar goes away and I can see all of my notifications.
    Thanks

Unfortunately you can't remove it. You can scroll through the notifications to see the ones at the bottom. Is that what you are wanting to see?
