    Have you tried using a (2 way) usb cable, and when you first plug in to the pc use the notification shade pull down to change to MTP mode.

    You can open the DCIM folder for the device and/or sd card storage on the computer (probably showing as a Media Player). You would find your camera app's videos there and drag them across.

    Alternatively download the Samsung Kies program from the Samsung site on to the pc if still available, or the newer Samsung Smart Switch program, not the app, which may not work with the oder S3).

    You may need one of these programs first anyway to download the required drivers/software automatically for the S3 so the
    pc can recognise the device.

    Try registering on Android Central to continue this thread if you need extra advice.
