Android aut on on my Samsung s4 (Android 5.0.1) does not connect to 2016 Honda

Bluetooth standards keep changing. The car may not work with 5.0.1. It's going to take a while until any BT phone will work the same with any BT car audio. (Ten years ago, you couldn't send an MMS to someone on a different carrier, for the same reason - no standards.)
