I have a symbol that just started showing up on screen. Looks like a cell phone with two curvy lines on top. if you touch it my phone freezes and I need to remove the battery.

Hi, welcome to the forums! It's a known issue affecting many users. The culprit is an app called Peel Smart Remote. Search for it in your app manager and disable it. Tell us how it goes
