How do I fix my phone when it says 0 bytes?

I've reformatted it almost 4 times now but it's still not working. It says that all the apps have 0 bytes used. When I go to storage, it doesn't stop calculating memory. I can't download ANYTHING. Please help me.

Sounds like either the wrong ROM or a hardware problem, but it isn't possible to tell which without having the phone in hand, so it'll have to go to a shop.
