Hello! I am fairly new to the Android world, after using Apple for the past 4 years. I have a few issues regarding notifications and I'm losing my mind trying to Google it...
My phone is on Android 5.0.2.
My first issue is with having notifications such as text messages, e-mails and even Facebook Messenger to appear with the name only and not the preview of the message (on lock screen and notifications bar).
So far all these apps notifications are set with "Hide sensitive content" from the App Notifications in the Settings and I lock my screen with a PIN but in those settings I have everything set to "Show all content". Is there a way to have name only and no message preview for any of these apps?
Also, for some reason my Facebook Messenger notifications are not showing up when my screen is off/on stand by... in the app I selected everything to have my notifications on and still nothing yet if my sound is on or if my phone's on vibrate I'll hear it....
