Can't re root my note 4

I rooted my note 4, then unrooted it using kingroot now I'm trying to re root using king root method and it won't work. Will completely factory resetting my note 4 allow me too root my phone again ?

That depends. If Kingroot has no exploit for the ROM you updated to (I'm assuming that's what happened), you have to find another way of rooting (if there is one). Look on XDA Forums for the Note 4, your carrier, and see if anyone has a root exploit. (Not all phone/Android version combinations are rootable.)
