Why can't I receive video of GH on my IPad?

I watch General Hospital on my IPAD almost every day on GH Family HD. This morning, all of a sudden, it will come up but then say This Video cannot be shown on this Browser. I don't know what that means, or, how to fix it. HELP!

There may have been an update which stopped support for playback of that particular video format. Clear the app cache of that browser and see if that helps.
