My Tab 2 suddenly stopped charging - the "charging" lightening bolt wouldn't even appear when plugged into the charger. I tried with three different Samsung chargers and Samsung USB cables to eliminate possibility of a failed charger or cable. No lighting up and tone when plugged in, nothing. One finally did initiate the "charging" sequence. After a day plugged in, the charge remains hovering at about 23%.

I split the case and tried the unplug the battery fix. No luck. Tried some of the suggested button push sequences. No luck.

Is this simply a worn out battery? The only thing I find confusing about it being a simple battery problem is it doesn't recognize it is plugged into a charger most of the time.

    Thank you.
