I gave my old phone to a family member, and removed all my google accounts from the settings. I can't see the accounts in settings or the gmail app, but the phone tries to log in to all of them without knowing the passwords. So it gives out a ton of notifications about not being able to log in to the accounts. Can I remove the accounts completely? I would prefer not having to factory reset the phone.

Once you remove the account, it should be gone from the phone. However, the device may still be logged to your account in Playstore. If it is, remove it.
